We all face adversity and challenges throughout our lives. You have the power to choose how you react and overcome them. Together, we’ll uncover your truth and arrive at the most powerful ways for you to meet those challenges.
Our licensed therapists treat patients with conditions relating to children, adolescents, adults, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD & executive functioning, alcohol and substance abuse. We do neuropsychological evaluations as well. Child therapy includes K-12 education, and helping children thrive—both in school and in their personal lives. Adult therapy includes working with individuals, couples, and adults with addiction issues. We use an integrative approach that employs:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which treats problems and boosts happiness by modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which helps you accept the difficulties that come with life
Client-Centered Therapy, which allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions
Motivational Interviewing, which helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior.
