Kendra’s clinical approach is grounded in person-centered and trauma-informed principles. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment that honors each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Her work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic approaches, allowing her to help individuals gain insight, foster resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change while recognizing the strengths they already possess.
