Clinical Approach

Aya has a strong passion for working with children and adolescents, particularly those with Autism, ADHD, and with developmental and/or behavioral needs. With her ABA background, Aya brings a unique, evidence-based perspective to therapy, integrating behavioral principles with psychological approaches to support meaningful change. She believes that effective services must be individually tailored and continuously adapted to meet the evolving needs of each client, honoring their strengths, goals, and growth over time.

Her approach is client-centered, believing that each person is unique. By trying to understand who the individual truly is, Aya takes on a humanistic approach before tailoring the therapeutic interventions for each individual. Aya utilizes evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other supportive strategies to assist the individuals on their journey towards achieving their goals. Aya values a strong therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her clients so that they can feel comfortable and open to sharing their experiences.

Aya is deeply committed to helping her clients on their journey toward healing and growing.
