Middle/High school age students who are interested in developing their executive skills for managing school and life.
In this fun group, children and teens will learn together about valuable executive skills that will help them tackle the increasing demands of school and life! Each week will feature new topics, parallel to what is being covered in the parent group. Topics will include: Planning and Prioritizing, Time Management, Organization, Task Initiation, Effective Study Habits, Flexibility, Motivation, Working Toward Goals, Emotional Regulation, Growth Mindset, and more! They will explore new ideas and develop skills through interactive activities and engaging discussion.
A group for parents looking to support the executive functioning skills of their student will run concurrently. (Participation in both is optional).
