We are seeking a Psychologist to join our growing practice. This would be a full-time position with a benefits package. Our practice provides a variety of services including therapy to individuals, couples, and families, as well as psychological evaluations, consultations to schools, parent training, group therapy & workshops. Our clientele includes both children and adults.
A background in psychological assessment is required as this position includes conducting psychological evaluations. Experience/training in School Psychology or Neuropsychology is ideal. The preferred candidate is a Psychologist with a Full License. Requirements:
- Doctorate Degree in Psychology from an accredited college/university
- Licensed Psychologist
- Experience in therapy, assessment, and consultation
- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based interventions and best practices
- Credentialing with 1-2 insurance companies may be required depending on licensure. Credentialing services are provided as a benefit
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and consultation services in accordance with the policies and procedures of the American Psychological Association (APA)
- Provide clinical services such as the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, psychological testing/assessment, report writing, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, crisis management services, and other clinical services typically considered within the scope of a psychologist’s practice while under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist.
- Have at minimum of 29 slots available each week and complete a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
- Maintain a caseload of therapy clients as well as evaluation cases
- Available 2-3 prime time shifts per week (i.e. weekdays after 4pm or weekend days)
- Ensure that services provided are in accordance with relevant ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in case staffing or care management meetings involving clinical cases
- Complete and maintain electronic paperwork such as progress notes, client files, billing/insurance documentation, psychological evaluation reports, and intervention plans
- Maintain an electronic calendar of schedules and appointments
- Networking & marketing within the community
- Communicate and meet with the Clinical Director for supervision/oversight and case consultation
- Other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessary

Compensation:
- Competitive fee hourly rates for billable services and other responsibilities as agreed upon in the Employer Agreement. Clinical supervision is available.
