Alexandra earned her Masters in Social work at Wayne State University with a concentration in interpersonal practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Over the last 6 years, Alexandra has supported survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Alexandra strives to offer children and parents a safe space to express difficult emotions. While not in the office, Alexandra enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her rescue dog, Post.
Alexandra offers a safe, inviting, creative space for children, teens, parents, and young adults while utilizing a multitude of evidence-based approaches for each clients unique experiences. Alexandra believes in the power of a collaborative relationship and that the client is in the driver seat, knowing themselves and their situation best. She uses a person-centered, strength-based approach to support lasting changes in areas of anxiety, depression, stress, life-changes, healthy relationships, and trauma.
