Andrea Cerney
MA, LIMITED LICENSE PSYCHOLOGIST
Over the past 18 years, Andrea Cerney has been working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. She started her career in a substance abuse residential facility 13 years ago working with substance abuse and duel diagnosis clients but has made the transition to traditional outpatient to address more mental health issues for the past seven years. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.
Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves a good round of golf and is a marathon runner.
CLINICAL APPROACH
Andrea’s main area of clinical focus is mental health treatment but she also works with substance abuse as well as dual-diagnosis disorders. She comes from a behavioral background but has experience in several schools of thought.
Her goal is to help her clients make the necessary progress needed to move through difficult times.
